An excellent book on Aerial Hoop moves. Clear illustrations guide you through basic and advanced moves.
Methodologie de Cerceau by Yvette Challande. Although written in French this book is a very useful guide to anyone interested in learning aerial ring techniques and methods. Apart from the preface written in French the rest of the book is made up solely of clear step by step pictures breaking each move into its component parts. We have noticed that in rare cases some movements or transitions are missed - the guidance of an experienced aerialist will help you to spot these occasional omissions. A move's level of difficulty is graded by stars: * Novices, ** Advanced, *** Professional (dangerous). Even though this is one of the best books on aerial hoops that we can source, it should not be used as a substitute to professional coaching. We strongly recommend you only first attempt moves in this book when supervised by an experience aerialist. 298 pages fully illustrated with black and white pictures.
