An essential Introduction to Aerial Silks!

This book, designed for budding aerialists, will remind you of the key tips and tricks for introductory aerial silk skills to complement regular aerial classes. It's the closest thing to having an instructor at home!

Each of the moves in this book contains multiple colour photos, expertly demonstrated.  Detailed, step-by-step written instructions accompany each movement. There are also additional safety tips and instructions on how to exit safely, specific to each move.

The book covers how to tie and untie a hitch in the silks correctly and covers several moves in the hitch. This is excellent for beginners as all these hitch moves are perfect for conditioning and practising at home. Footlocks are covered in plenty of detail, and most movements are presented with variations on the primary move.

You'll also find links to videos from the Spin City archives!
