Easy Returns Process

Visit your accounts page, find the order or items you wish to return and hit the return button.
Step 2: Confirmation
We'll approve your return swiftly and email you simple instructions.
Step 3: Pack
Pack up your return and drop it off at a local post office or arrange a collection (depending on package size).
Step 4: Refund
Once we've received & checked the return we will process the refund swiftly - all done!
Simple Terms & Conditions
60 Day Friendly Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked 60-day return policy. You can return any item within 60 days of receiving it for any reason at all. All we ask is that the item is in like-new condition, with all original components and accessories included.
Aerial Equipment
Due to the strict safety considerations of aerial acrobatics equipment, we can only
accept returns for aerial items that have not had a load applied to them, or the safety stickers removed (where applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
Small items: We’ll pay for the return shipping on all items weighing less than 20kg, with dimensions under 61cm x 46cm x 46cm, and valued at less than £200.
Larger items or those worth more than £200, you’ll need to cover the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Don't worry, we’ll help you pay as little as possible.
Outside the UK: you’ll be responsible for the return postage if you are outside the UK.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer exchanges as its easier and quicker to order the replacement items separately to your return.

Every product we sell is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year at the very minimum. If you ever receive a defective item or the wrong product, please just contact us! We'll be happy to help sort it out.
