The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a fulltime Dispatch Operator to join our lovely team in Shoreham.

This would be a full-time permanent role. Duties will include but not be limited to:

Picking and packing orders accurately with good attention to detail
Processing incoming deliveries efficiently
Packing large wholesale orders on to pallets
Replenishing stock
Stock counting and stock control
Delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email.
Processing returns

The candidate

The ideal candidate should be hard working, dedicated and enthusiastic.

You would need to have a good level of fitness as some heavy lifting is required as well as moving palletised goods around the warehouse.

You will need to be fully computer literate and able to
use the appropriate systems and software comfortably (full training will be given).

A ‘can do’ attitude and desire to work efficiently and effectively is more important than warehouse experience.

Industry knowledge

A passion for circus and aerial arts would be a huge benefit, especially if you already have a good knowledge of our products.

This would open further opportunities within the company as we try to make this role as varied as we can.

The company

Our large warehouse is located just 300m from the beach and
100m from the Adur river. It is fitted with a well-stocked aerial training space, Sonos sound system throughout, a full kitchen with an excellent coffee machine, a rec room and table football. We have canoes, paddleboards and shower facilities on site, and we regularly host social events.
