I cannot fault this company! Not only was the customer service very helpful but the delivery was super fast. I had so many questions regarding the rigging of my hoop and the customer representive was an aerialist herself, so she advised me correctly and couldn't have been anymore enthusiastic. Moved our portable rig indoors for the winter and needed to shorten things up a bit with low ceilings. Got the shortest one of these to choke around a tabless lyra. Does the trick! Might order another one to have same length straps for both hands to do some conditioning type stuff.
