What They Say: This aerial silk DVD provides step by step guidance through basic aerial fabric skills. It includes tips on stretching and conditioning for aerial acrobatics as well as detailed skill instruction. It is intended for beginner silk students and those who want to truly understand the vocabulary and choreographic depth of this aerial apparatus. What We Say: This is a 35 minute continuous video and is quite fast-paced. Presented by a pair of sisters who previously worked with Cirque du Soleil, several moves are demonstrated in the silks and they suggest some exercises to strengthen your core. Unlike Fred Deb's DVD there is no rigging instructions but we did find this DVD more entertaining, if less informative, than Fred's.
