Kendama is a Japanese game that is becoming increasingly popular in the West. Kendama is also known as the Japanese cup and ball game. Kendama is a skill toy where the aim is to perform tricks of increasing difficulty catching the ball or spike / cups on the other part of the toy. It's taken pretty seriously in Japan with a system of grading for Kendama players.
