In the 14 chapters provided, you'll learn the basics of simple upright handstands, useful conditioning exercises, wall balances, entries and exits into handstands, and progressing up to balancing canes, one handed balances and contortion. As a result of this very broad range, this book is suitable for all levels, though if you're unsure of starting this kind of discipline, consult a trainer or professional before training.
