The Beard Wide Bodied Circus Special Juggling Clubs (also known as medium air clubs) rotate slower than standard bodied clubs making them easier to juggle and control. This makes them perfect for beginners.

These clubs are also favoured by performers who juggle in smooth fluid patterns as the resulting show will look silky and super controlled compared to a snappier standard bodied club.

Using wide bodied clubs does, however, make certain rapid moves harder to accomplish (like the chop). Wide bodied clubs are also less suited to numbers juggling and passing as they take up more space in the air.
