Stack the three rolls and master the art of the Rolla Bolla in two planes of movement. Expect to fall over quite a bit as this is not easy! We recommend getting appropriate body armour (knee, elbow and wrist pads) and practising over something soft.
The PVC roll is very slightly curved to help stop the board swivelling. The wooden board has stops on each end and a rubber base for excellent grip.
