The parcel arrived this evening and I then received an email that the parcel was delivered from 'UPS' .  I want to thank you for your reply to a previous email about the quality of string on a set of sticks that we received with a previous order as it frayed quite badly at the joins with the sticks and where the diabolo spins.  You very kindly sent some free string to replace it, and the new string was perfect.  No fraying at all.  We may have just been unlucky with the first string.  I meant to email you to say thank you and that I was so impressed with your customer service that i was going to make another order, which is the one that we received today.  Again you helped me out, with tracking the parcel.  So a very big THANK YOU and happy Christmas/Holidays. Simply amazed... I was not expecting the ball until few days and less expected the bag it came with! The surprise in my eyes, as I get out of bed, to see the magical ball falling into my hands and sent with so much dedicated care, overpassing my worries of where I will keep it so it does not get scratched... you guys are fantastic... My name is Christopher ******* and yesterday i placed an order with firetoys.com at approximately 2pm. I selected next day delivery, and called to make sure that because of the time i ordered my package that it would infact be here by tomorrow. Im not sure of the person who i talked to, it was a female, very kind and reassuring that they would have my order out to me today, despite me missing the cut-off time of 2 pm by 5 minutes.

My first comment on this is WOW. i recieved my order and it was better than i was expecting. it was packaged with care, and came with instructions of how to take care of my wicks, and a upcoming festival information.

Secondly, the quality of the torches is superb for the incredibly low price. i have ordered torches and poi from other websites, for a much larger price and there quality wasn't even half as good as yours. i havent yet broken them in but plan to do so tonight.

I am so very pleased with your quality, customer service, and value for money, I cant quite think of any better ways to say it. YOU'RE FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say how impressed I am by the service I've had from you - I sent a query about whether a book was in stock (a book which no one else seems to stock), got a response straight away, was informed they just arrived back in, ordered and it was dispatched immediately. And its great that I can follow its progess through royal mail....

Wow! You guys are amazingly fast with shipping. I did not think it was possible to get a package that fast from over seas!!! Hi... just a quick e mail to say thanks for shipping my juggling top hat so amazingly quickly. I think I ordered it on a Friday and recieved it the follwing Tuesday... pretty darned good from the UK to North Carolina... if only you had given me time to think of an excuse to tell the wife for buying more toys!
