S-Staff Range

We have one of the widest ranges of s-staffs (similar to Buugeng) on the planet! Unlike some other varieties of s-staffs, all our s-curves are based on two halves of a circle meaning you can isolate around perfect circles and create other geometric patterns. We stock shiney naked aluminium s-staffs, tiny “micro s-staffs”, decorated or plain and uniquely magnetic wooden s-staffs and (in our opinion) the best fire s-curves available with long rope wick to maintain the illusions of these spectacular props.

S-staffs originated with Michael Moschen and but were popularised when Buugeng appeared on the market. Buugeng is a brand name specific to the wooden s-blades made by Dai.

All of our s-staffs are manufactured in our Brighton workshop and are made from quality aluminium or birch wood. The aluminium s-curves are polished to a brilliant shine so look great in the sun or under stage lights. The micro aluminium s’s are very hard to use but popular with contact jugglers.

Our wooden s-staffs come either plain or decorated with beautiful colours. You can choose from red and blue or UV orange and white s-staffs that glow under blacklight. Our wooden models consist of two halves joined by four magnets which allow you to fold and combine all four sections together to make unique patterns – you won’t find this design anywhere else!

Our fire s-staffs (buugeng) come in two sizes and with two wicking styles. Both styles spread the flame as far round the curve as possible which helps to maintain the illusions created by these props. This is something most other manufacturers neglect.
