The Diabolo Follies combines the popular video set into one comprehensive DVD.
Although the footage looks a bit dated all the tricks are well explained with multiple angle shots. This DVD is a great resource for the beginner/intermediate diabolo player.
Part 1 is a basic introduction to the diabolo, including: basic starts, handling, rotation, axle correction, body tricks, tricks involving the use of handsticks, suns, whips and more.
Part 2 covers working with two diabolos and includes: start, rotation, axle correction, tricks with handsticks, under leg figures, round the arms, suns, use your body, start with 3 diabolos, and challenges and games.
