I have done it for the first time! yes yes yes!!! I am very pleased with myself 18 catches with 7 balls!
anyone else wanna post there acheivments here?

i juggled 4 ball mills mess constantly for 12 minutes 31 seconds doesnt sound great bbut its my personal best

yea, i can juggle 7 balls (50 catches max) and 5 clubs...i pretty compotent with 5 balls...i hit 5 ball backcrosses the other day, pretty psyched about that

I have learnt the site swap 6X4 4X2 on both sides and am trying to get that really smooth probably 50 catches or so. then this will lead to 6X4 with 5 balls, which has been one of my favorite looking siteswap ever since I saw Peter run it. trying to get 615 but have some brain block on the second 6 throw from left hand. oh yes and working on 744 but not got it yet. p.s found out the hard way that i need to warm up before going for it with 7 balls, Ouch strained my arm!!!!

Jamie! it does sound good by the way over 12 mins of 4 ball mills mess nice1!
well done mugger (I have watched him practise the 5 balls for the last few months!) 5 ball backcross! coolio! nice1 drov my personal records so far 23 catches with 7 balls 45 catches with 4 clubs I think I made 10 catches with 5 clubs but I didnt finish clean and there was no-one there to verify for me (I was cocentrating to much to count properly!)

140 catches with 5 : working on reverse five and towards 7.. any secret sneaky tips on juggling 7? :)
