	My Aerial Home My Aerial Home is the home of trapeze classes in Bromley, Beckenham and North Kent. My Aerial Home teaches static trapeze, rope, silks, hoop and tightwire in fact all forms of aerial dance and the aerial arts to absolute beginners and improver's. The classes are suitable for both men and women aged 16+, and are a fun way to get fit, challenge yourself and be creative. All the classes take place at the Cator Park Sports Centre. 	Zu Aerial Dance Zu Aerial run regular workshops in aerial dance working on a variety of equipment inc trapeze, rope, silks, aerial hoop, doubles trapeze. They also run workshops in acrobalance and handbalancing. We are happy to bring workshops to your venue and can bring a free-standing rig for aerial work where needed. Workshops can be designed for young people or adults and could consist ground based and aerial dance exploration technique and creative play, rep from our new show 'Me Myself and You' and acrodance. These sessions can be tailored to meet course modules or be purely a creative experience. They also run regular aerial courses on the University Of Sussex campus, Falmer, nr Brighton. Classes in five week blocks and open to members of the public from 17yrs upwards.	29
