These 100mm practice contact juggling balls have more friction than acrylics balls meaning that they are ideal for cracking new body rolling moves without scratching up your acrylic.
The practice contact balls are quite heavy so are nearer to the weight of an acrylic than most stage balls. This means it'll take less adjustment to apply those cool new moves to your acrylic ball.
The seam on these balls is visible so they are not good for performing isolations (though you can still practice them). Despite this, practice contact balls are a great investment - they will save many a scratch on your lovely, pristine acrylics.
