Wooden practice staffs are versatile creatures. Great for beginner and intermediate spinners who don't want to unnecessarily damage their wicks while practicing. These medium wooden staffs are suited either for big kids or adults to use as single or double staffs.

To give these staff a good amount of momentum they has been fitted with large rubber ends that concentrate the weight at the extremities of the staffs as well as protecting them from hard impacts.

To finish off the staff a professional non-slip, shock-absorbing handle has been placed in the centre of the staff that is comfortable and helps to reduces vibrations and has good grip!
