Product details

Firetoys Pro Grip medium weighted hula hoops are extremely popular and perfect for older children and adults.

The ProGrip range is decorated with combinations of holographic and fabric grip tape. Available in a wide range of colours including UV reactive combinations.

This is the most popular hoop in our range. The medium size (100cm / 39") diameter is perfect for adults and bigger kids. The weight, size and grip tape combine to make this an easy hula hoop to learn with - it spins slowly and has lots of friction to prevent slippage. The weight of this hoop will give you a good aerobic workout and help to tone leg, bum and stomach muscles.

We often supply these hoops to gyms as exercise hoops.

All our own props are manufactured in our 1700 square foot workshop. We are happy to personalise any of our products by tweaking them to your personal preferences. We can also manufacture custom props, just pick up the phone or drop us an email.

Fast delivery. Very impressed with the hula hoop being a novice. As soon as I started hooping, it was like milk to a baby, So easy! Definitely recommend.

Ive bought hoops from lots of places and made my own. Most hoop shops tend to sell hula hoops decorated with PVC tape and glitter tape. This looks ok but is very hard to use as they slip off the body. When I made my own I did my research and bought proper fabric tape which is essential to make a good hoop. When I saw the prices the bits cost I thought I was onto a winner until I realised just how much tape you need per hoop. My efforts resulted in mediocre hoops that cost around 20 quid to make and each hoop took just over an hour. I now buy them from here as its easier and they always look fab. This may seem like I'm just plugging fire toys but to be honest I'm yet to find a better hoop for teaching anywhere cheaper. I recommend them and the company.

These hoops are brill. The extra weight makes them easy to use and the decoration is nice and grippy (none of that slippery electrician tape used on cheaper hoops).

The only downside is the grip tape gets a little tatty when left in the rain.

I use slightly smaller hoops for my shows but I always teach people to hoop with these ones as they are very easy to use. The grip and weight are both very good.
