The Metal Drifter has a similar design to the Freehand Zero but its full metal body give it increased performance.
This is a great yoyo for experts and intermediate players - the dry bearings mean it requires a binding trick to return to the hand but the addition of some oil will make it more responsive so great for those just entering the realms of unresponsive play.
It's smaller, and cheaper, than the Metal Zero with a wider to body to facilitate landing tough string tricks.
The Metal Drifter also comes with a Duncan skull counterweight for freehand (5A) play.
The Drifter's response is a recessed silicone system that helps to keep this yo yo fairly unresponsive.
