Fire eating is also dangerous but less so than breathing. Again we strongly recommend researching this art thoroughly and learning from an experienced performer. We also have books and DVDs on this subject for you to learn from too.

Fire breathing is spectacular and can be practised safely but like all fire arts you can never eliminate the risk completely. The difference with fire breathing is that if things go wrong you can cause yourself very serious injury or even die, whereas with poi or staff the worst that is likely to happen is a bad burn.
