Aerial Silks (Fabric / Tissue)

Aerial silks are also known as tissus, tissue or aerial fabrics. Silks has become one of the most popular aerial circus disciplines and we stock an array of good value but fully safety tested aerial fabrics in a range of lengths and the whole spectrum of colours. We stock low and medium stretch silks with our own fabrics being slightly wider than the Voltige at 1.6m. We will soon be stocking extra wide silks for aerial yoga.

The grace and beauty of aerial acrobatics performances with tissus explain their popularity. More and more aerial circus clubs and classes are springing up around the country. To help support this explosion in interest in the art we offer professional quality equipment at prices non-pros can afford.

We stock silks from Voltige but we also manufacture our own which have slightly less stretch, are wider and have less of a sheen. Due to their width, our own silks are great for cocoon style performances.

Aerial yoga is a sub-discipline for this circus art that is increasing in popularity. Due to high demand we are preparing to launch our own 2.5m wide silks specifically designed for aerial yoga. Watch this space!
